SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the optional text-message (SMS) program offered by REsearch PRO. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

We send authenticated team members operational alerts about real-estate leads (e.g., same-day foreclosure and high-value lead notifications). You opt in by checking the SMS consent box in your account settings (unchecked by default). The program is not available to the public.

Message Frequency

Varies with lead volume — approximately 0–10 messages per day.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. REsearch PRO does not charge for the alerts, but your carrier’s standard rates may apply.

Opt Out & Help

Reply STOP to cancel anytime (we send a confirmation, then stop). Reply HELP or email support@researchprosoft.com for help. You can also disable alerts in Settings.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
