REsearch PRO (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a real-estate research and lead-management platform for real-estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Account information you provide (name, email, mobile phone number, organization, role) and the data you enter or import, plus basic technical and log data needed to operate and secure the service.
How We Use Information
To provide and improve the service, authenticate your account, deliver features you enable (including optional SMS alerts), provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / Text Messaging
REsearch PRO offers optional text-message alerts (e.g., same-day foreclosure and high-value lead notifications), sent only to authenticated team members who opt in by checking a consent box in their account settings. The box is unchecked by default and opt-in is not available to the public. Frequency varies with lead volume (approx. 0–10 messages/day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use a messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver messages you requested; this is not a sale or marketing transfer of your data.
How We Share Information
Only with service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, messaging), as needed to deliver the service or where required by law. We do not sell personal information or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers for marketing.
Data Retention & Security
Retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, with reasonable safeguards.
Your Choices
Update your info in Settings, opt out of SMS anytime (uncheck the box or reply STOP), or request deletion by contacting us.
